- To promote the welfare of the children/youth in home, school and community.

- To bring a closer relation with the home and the school
- To develop united efforts between educators and parents/general public to insure the children/youth the highest advantages
in physical, mental and social education.
Mission
- To support and speak on behalf of children/youth in the schools, in the community and before governmental bodies and other
organziations that make decisions affecting children.
- To assis parents in developing the skills they need to raise and protect their children.
- To encourage parent and public involvement in the public schools of this nation.
